  • Collaborate with the Project Lead, Owner, or Sponsor to drive strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's roadmap by supporting the development and execution of comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements through implementation in line with project management methodologies, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, scope, schedule, and outcome, with clear baselines and traceability.
  • Participate in pre-project planning, including effort estimation and team organization, while monitoring and tracking progress to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Analyze project dependencies to anticipate issues, maintain an issue register for resolution tracking, and stay informed on regulatory, technological, and threat trends to enhance risk management and compliance.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management, fostering transparency, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment while managing internal and external partner relationships for on-time delivery.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, share risk management best practices, and regularly prepare and present management information and reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT project management within the financial industry.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of project management and business analysis, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and sustain relationships across large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience managing full software development lifecycles, with strong understanding of various methodologies, particularly the waterfall model for development and implementation.
  • A collaborative team player with strong influencing skills, and confident, assertive communication abilities both verbal and written including effective presentation delivery.
