About the job Senior Executive (2 years Contract | ScholarshipSponsorship)
Responsibilities
- Direct the annual program in partnership with high-level coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee compliance by preparing annual reports and spearheading the comprehensive quadrennial accreditation and fiscal process.
- Lead the strategic management and delivery of nursing education and professional development initiatives.
- Formulate and oversee the annual budget dedicated to nursing education and professional growth activities.
- Manage the end-to-end annual nursing scholarship cycle, encompassing application oversight, candidate selection, and award administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to design and execute clinical rotational program schedules.
- Maintain a robust tracking database to monitor staff rotations, providing real-time visibility into rotation status, developmental progress, and project timelines.
- Identify and synthesize nursing research priorities, liaising with academic and professional partners to align staff with impactful project assignments.
- Partner with project leads to integrate research findings and evidence-based insights into nursing curricula and clinical workflows.
- Facilitate the documentation and internal/external dissemination of research outcomes and clinical innovations via publications and presentations.
- Govern a dedicated research and EBP (Evidence-Based Practice) database to track quality improvement outcomes and facilitate data-driven clinical decisions.
- Drive the planning and logistical execution of professional seminars, workshops, and high-profile development events.
- Modernize departmental operations by leveraging Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate) to automate workflows and improve collaborative efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or any relevant field
- 2-5 years of working experience in scholarship, sponsorship programme administration
