AM Workshop

Job Description:

• Assist in managing daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of vehicle repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and support staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with parts suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support in training and developing workshop staff.
• Prepare reports on workshop performance and assist in budgeting.

Requirement:

• With 5+ years working experience in an automotive workshop management or related role.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Additional Information:

• Up to $4500
• Located in Ubi, Company will be shifting to Loyang in November/December
• Mon Fri, 9am-6pm; Sat: 9am-3pm
