Supply Chain Executive / Senior Executive (TMS)

(1 year contract, renewable and with possibility of conversion to permanent)

Working location: Changi Business Park, with hybrid work option

Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri

Job Description:

• Transport Management System
  • Work with logistics operations stakeholders and IT team on implementation. Connecting bridge role.
  • Gather requirements/data from global logistics stakeholders, organize collated information independently and convey final output to IT team for development.
  • Perform user acceptance testing on behalf of stakeholders
  • Communicate and train stakeholders on TMS functionality

• Data management
  • Handle complex and multiple datasets which require manual intervention
  • Design data template for analysis and reporting
  • Prepare data reports for reporting

• Project management
  • Lead group meetings for projects
  • Facilitate discussions
  • Get buy-in and alignment from stakeholders for action points, timeline and ownership
  • Ensure timelines and targets are met

Requirements:

• Good work experience in logistics, with in-depth understanding of air freight shipment knowledge, eg: shipment planning, consolidation, incoterms, etc.
• Attend night meetings via teams if needed
• Ability to articulate professionally in emails, meetings, calls, etc
• Confident hosting meetings with 3PL warehouse, freight providers and global stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to be able to communicate effectively with operations personnel globally.
• Ability to read, analyze and summarize length texts without depending on AI alone
• Meticulous and details oriented to verify large amounts of data within a short period. Multi-tasking without losing details.
• Matured, independent, responsible, proactive fast learner with a sense of urgency.
• Good communication skills.

Good to have:

• Diploma/Degree in related field. Degree holders preferred.
• Actual work experience with TMS implementation beyond user testing
• Knowledge of SAP system for orders fulfilment, shipment consolidation and fulfilment.
  • Candidate with no SAP knowledge is expected to learn on the job to be able to meet the work requirements.
• Conversational skills in Malay is a bonus, but not mandatory
• Working knowledge of AI tools or involvement in Agentic AI development, with results to showcase
