About the job Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities
- Acts as the main point of contact between the customer and the workshop.
- ensure smooth communication, efficient service, and customer satisfaction.
- ensure smooth workflow between customers, technicians, and the parts team.
- Liaise with technicians for vehicle status updates.
- Apply Automotive knowledge during providing customer service
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level
- 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage
