HR Associate (Contract)

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within NUHS HR Group Shared Services
• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
• Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field
  
• Experience in HR function will be an added advantage
