About the job HR Associate (Contract)
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within NUHS HR Group Shared Services
- Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards
- Adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field
- Experience in HR function will be an added advantage
