Job Description:

  • Manage travel bookings, including visa preparation, adhering to policies and guidelines
  • Manage travel request and expenses reports coordination and submissions
  • Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
  • Assist with meetings and technology set-up details.
  • Assist with stationery and pantry inventory.
  • Raising Purchasing Orders as and when required.
  • Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal departments.
  • Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • Perform other administrative duties and adhoc duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in travel bookings and calendar management is crucial
