Regional Technology Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support regional technology project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project progress and prepare regular project status updates, reports, and documentation
• Develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for regional users
• Support the exploration and implementation of AI and GenAI-enabled solutions, particularly within PowerApps use cases
• Assist in internal GenAI tools training, user adoption, and change management activities
• Perform data extraction, reporting, and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and potential risk areas
• Work closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support project execution and key technology initiatives
• Support Technology Senior Leaders with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and technology events
• Provide general administrative and coordination support for the technology function

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience or exposure to technology projects or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) preferred
• Working experience in Python and/or JavaScript for automation, scripting, or data processing
• Exposure to AI / Generative AI solutions is an advantage
• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
