Maintenance Technician (E&I) (Non-shift) | Chemical MNC | Tuas

Jobscope:

• Repair, calibrate, and maintain plant instruments & control systems
• Perform routine maintenance on sensors, transmitters, valves & pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and recurring faults
• Provide technical support to mechanical & electrical teams
• Follow company policies, HSE and ISO systems
• Identify, report and prevent workplace hazards
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards
• Participate in safety meetings and safety improvements
• Carry out maintenance with safety as a priority
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec certificate or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of industrial experience
• Safe work Practice
• Work as a team and communicate with all plant personnel.
• Able to trouble shoot
• Knowledge and able to overhaul plant equipment - Furnace steel conveyor belts, All type of rotating equipment, Pneumatic valve actuators and sensors
