About the job Regional IT Digital Solutions Specialist (ERP)
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions aligned with regional business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of new digital platforms with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and support web-based applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Support API integrations and ensure secure, scalable system architecture.
- Lead and manage regional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Act as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimisation, and digitalisation.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, recommending suitable adoption strategies.
- Provide technical support for digital tools and platforms.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure effective solution adoption.
- Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Azure/AWS, or web development certifications are an advantage.
- Prior regional or multi-country exposure is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in web development frameworks (.NET, C#, ASP.NET).
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working experience with Python.
- Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), and ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with automation and system integration technologies.
