About the job Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in existing accounts and expand into new market segments
- Develop and execute sales strategies and accurate forecasts
- Responsible for entire sales cycle through cold calls, networking and other channels to ac tively
- conduct sales presentation, demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong connection with existing customers
- Coordinate with internal departments ( eg, marketing, logistic, technical s upport and operation )
- to provide seamless service to clients
- Manage the sales process using CRM tools, ensuring follow through and accountability
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales account management and business development.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.
- Self motivated and results driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within Singapore with a valid drivers lic ense and own car
- Prior experience preparing proposals and delivering customer presentations is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Willin g to travel if needed
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling material, identification or printing products
- Knowledge of identification, printing technologies and system integration
