Role Overview

Lead and oversee site construction activities for MRT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely progress, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities and monitor site progress
  • Plan, implement, and track work according to master and detailed schedules
  • Liaise with Professional Engineer on temporary works
  • Coordinate with consultants (QPS) and subcontractors on technical matters
  • Resolve technical and engineering issues on site
  • Guide supervisors and ensure works meet timeline and quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Prepare reports, method statements, and documentation
  • Manage workforce and maintain site safety and housekeeping
  • Supervise ongoing construction activities closely

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience
  • Experience in LTA / infrastructure projects preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Diaphragm Wall (D-wall), Borepiling, and Tunnelling works
  • Strong coordination and site management skills
