Build & Change Management

  • Analyse enhancement requests related to repo business and new financial products.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to design and propose optimal solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, workload estimates, project plans, test scenarios, and release documentation.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage monthly release cycles in line with team milestones for analysis, development, and testing.
  • Support the production release roadmap and post-release activities.

Incident & Request Management

  • Provide Level 3 (expert-level) application support to business users and IT teams.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects efficiently.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to operational and support processes.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members as needed.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst, specializing in Calypso Back Office.
  • Hands-on experience with Calypso versions v14 to v17.
  • Strong expertise in Static Data, Workflows, Scheduled Tasks, Confirmations, Settlements, Messaging/Swift, Positions, Accounting, Corporate Actions, Filters, Reporting Framework, and Reconciliation.
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle, including repos, bonds, SLB, and issuances.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting such as HRF, NORIA, and MMSR.
  • Proven experience integrating Calypso with external systems.
  • Hands-on involvement in Calypso implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience implementing NR scenarios.
  • Willingness to provide Level 3 support and participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend coverage.

Working Hours

Shift-based work 

  • 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM SGT or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM SGT
  • Occasional weekend support may be required for project-related activities.
