About the job Admin and Facilities Support Officer (Bank, Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Manage office security and access controls, including access cards, CCTV, alarms, and fire safety procedures.
- Oversee office maintenance and premises upkeep, including cleaning, air-conditioning servicing, repairs, and urgent maintenance issues.
- Liaise with building management and vendors, including Permit-To-Work (PTW) coordination and maintenance record-keeping.
- Handle Accounts Payable tasks such as invoice processing, expense claims, petty cash, and month-end support.
- Manage procurement of non-IT goods and services, including vendor onboarding, due diligence, contracts, and supplier records.
- Provide reception and front-of-house services, including visitor management, call handling, and general mailbox monitoring.
- Deliver administrative support such as travel arrangements, events coordination, stationery management, inventory control, and pantry staff supervision.
- Manage records archiving, confidential document destruction, and support audits and facilities-related projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, Estate Operations, or related field
- For experienced candidates: 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration or facilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
