Technical Specialist $4500

KEY ROLES

• Support on-site engineering activities including STEPS and FISO across regional projects.
• Backup support to deliver Swagelok training courses, manage queries/registration, and maintain training facilities and records.
• Provide application knowledge and technical support to targeted product and service initiatives, market segments, and key customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and track progress; ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Attend site postings to support execution and connect site-to-company for issue resolution and monetization opportunities.
• Act as technical point-of-contact for complex scopes, escalations, and quality deviations; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform engineering evaluation and advisory services on customers' fluid systems per agreed scope.
• Conduct leak testing to Swagelok procedures and perform site supervision of field tubing installations.
• Perform root-cause analysis, prepare findings, and present final technical reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate logistics, permits, and site access with customers and contractors.
• Prepare service proposals; attend technical and commercial clarification meetings; promote offerings in Singapore/Philippines/Brunei.

Requirement

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or strong technical discipline.Preferred but not Essential.
• At least 4 years of relevant on-site services experiences in Instrumentation, Process or Offshore & Marine industry; with
  prior project coordination responsibilities.
