About the job Assistant Manager/ Manager, Academic Services
Responsibilities:
Manage student administration (records, admissions, visas, fees, graduation, certifications)
Coordinate timetables, faculty scheduling, venues, and visiting lecturers
Handle lecture/exam logistics, materials, and claims processing
Plan and manage examinations, results release, and student performance tracking
Support internships, thesis placements, and scholarships
Organise academic events (orientation, graduation, career days, alumni)
Provide student support, counselling, and handle disciplinary matters
Maintain academic records, prepare reports, and support accreditation processes
Liaise with partner universities and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Support budgeting, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any field
6+ years' experience in education (Senior Executive level or above)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in supervision/leadership (for Assistant Manager/Manager level)
IT-savvy (MS Office, CRM systems)
Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
Willing to work weekends when required
