Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and GCP Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of large-scale, cloud-based applications and infrastructure. The candidate must be proficient in GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks, PubSub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage with good application debugging skills and few scripting languages to automate the SRE roles and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Alerting for GCP native applications.
- Detect issues.
- Automatically handle failures.
- Prepare disaster recovery plans, SOP & runbooks
- Keep the system up and reliable.
- Mitigate broken systems and prevent them from causing future disruptions
- Good Application debugging skills
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), including data integration, transformations, and Application Integration (CAI).
- Proficiency in SQL, experience with relational databases, and knowledge of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Optimize IICS CDI, DQ, Intelligent structure parser for performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with JSON file processing, Linux shell scripting
Preferred Skills:
- Multi-Cloud experience with Azure Event Hubs, Resource Optimization, Resource
- Utilization analytics
- Experience with bitbucket, Azure / IICS DevOps.
- Experience with any of these monitoring tools Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace.
