Position- Remote

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional to lead our global DevOps team and drive strategic initiatives in automation, Azure infrastructure, security compliance, and CI/CD. This role blends technical expertise with leadership to unify DevOps practices across the organization and optimize development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor global DevOps team members and define unified DevOps strategies
  • Coordinate DevOps initiatives across regions and collaborate with development teams
  • Represent DevOps in leadership discussions and deliver internal training on tools/methodologies
  • Drive SOC 2 compliance across R&D and manage security audits
  • Integrate security best practices including vulnerability scans, WAF, and static code analysis
  • Automate Azure infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep preferred)
  • Modernize legacy systems and support new product infrastructure design
  • Govern Azure infrastructure, manage cloud cost optimization
  • Administer Azure DevOps repos, branching, permissions, and policies
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
  • Maintain and upgrade on-prem systems (e.g., web servers, build agents)
  • Monitor system health using tools like Azure Monitor and PRTG
  • Document all DevOps processes and configurations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring DevOps teams is a plus
  • Proficient with Azure services (compute, networking, app services, databases)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and Azure DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001); Vanta experience a bonus
  • Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Bicep
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Azure Monitor and PRTG
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
