Physiotherapist (m/f/d) - Different Locations in Bavaria

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual physiotherapy treatments based on patients needs and therapy goals

• Perform assessments and physical examinations to determine functional limitations and progress

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans (e.g., manual therapy, exercise therapy, mobility training)

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and support them in achieving sustainable improvements

• Provide patient education on posture, movement, pain prevention, and home exercise programs

• Work with modern therapy methods and equipment in our training & therapy center

• Document therapy progress and treatment results in a structured and professional way

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

• Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when needed to ensure best patient outcomes

• Support continuous improvement of therapy standards and contribute ideas for new concepts and approaches

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training / qualification as a Physiotherapist

• Enjoy working with people—patients and colleagues alike

• Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic attitude

• Team spirit, openness, and motivation to grow and develop

• Additional certifications are welcome, but not required

• Enthusiasm for modern therapy and the desire to truly make a difference
