Technical Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Machine & Plant Operations / Electrical / Industrial Roles

Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates for a technical apprenticeship program (m/f/d) at various locations across Germany. Typical apprenticeship roles include Machine and Plant Operator, Electrician / Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar technical professions.
During the apprenticeship, you will learn how to operate and maintain industrial machines and technical systems, support production processes, and help identify and fix technical issues. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive hands-on training to develop practical skills in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities (depending on the role)

• Operate and monitor machines, equipment, and technical systems

• Support daily production processes and ensure smooth workflows

• Perform basic maintenance and assist with repairs and troubleshooting

• Identify technical faults and report issues to the team

• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines

• Document technical checks and work steps (depending on the role)

• Work collaboratively with technicians, supervisors, and production teams

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology, mechanics, electronics, or industrial production

• Motivation to learn and develop practical skills

• German language skills at minimum B1 level (required)

• Reliability, punctuality, and a responsible working attitude

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• Basic technical understanding (training will be provided)

• First experience in technical/industrial work is a plus, but not required
