Your new tasks include, among others: 

• Operating and monitoring our production equipment
• Performing error and process analysis
• Assessing and documenting deviations
• Implementing measures for requalification and commissioning of production equipment
• Handling standard and problem cases as well as conducting experiments
• Supporting continuous improvement processes

Profile:

As a specialist (m/f/div), you maintain an overview in complex situations and always make the right decisions. You foster a sense of belonging in your work area, respect different attitudes and perspectives, and understand how to quickly establish a trusting and constructive collaboration.

You successfully meet the requirements if you:

• Have completed technical vocational training (e.g., as a microtechnologist, process mechanic, electronics technician)
• Ideally have initial professional experience in a production area of semiconductor manufacturing or possess process knowledge
• Bring enthusiasm for working in a highly automated production environment
• Are proficient in using MS Office
• Can communicate confidently in German
