Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime.
- Assemble, install, and test new mechanical components and systems.
- Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold equipment safety and reliability.
- Document all maintenance activities and maintain clear records on equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production and improve workflow efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or apprenticeship as a Mechanic (e.g., Toolmaker, Aircraft Mechanic) or in a related field.
- Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, and assembly.
- Basic German language skills (B1 level) are required; English skills are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts or overtime if needed.
