Expert Technical Support Handling Equipment - French & German Speaking

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have successfully completed technical training as a master craftsman or technician
• Industry-specific professional experience is an advantage
• You have sound specialist knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electronics and steel construction
• You have a good knowledge of French or Spanish
• Your strengths include an independent way of working as well as an analytical and structured approach
• A confident and open manner as well as communication and teamwork skills round off your profile

YOUR TASKS:

• Supporting service partners with questions about technical problems (second level support)
• Diagnosing faults and malfunctions in mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Clarification of goodwill requests from service partners internally according to specifications and communication of the expected cost coverage to the service partners
• Processing spare parts inquiries and, if necessary, retrofit enquiries
• Initiating the service assignment of a factory technician if required
