International Dispatcher - German/ Romanian Speaking 

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams in both German and Romanian.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to optimize shipping routes and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.

Your Profile:

• Fluency in German and Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Relevant experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
