Technical System Planner in Building Technology - B1 German

If so, we are looking for you as a Technical System Planner in Building Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and Development of Work and Installation Plans: Independently create and develop floor plans, detail drawings, and schematics using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) as the basis for construction and technical implementation.
• Preparation of Parts Lists: Compile accurate parts lists for ordering or measurements, detailing all necessary materials and components for projects, with or without CAD assistance.
• Project Work and Back Office Support: Assist with project administration and organization to ensure smooth communication and coordination among various project stakeholders.
• Communication with the Construction Site: Act as a liaison between planning and on-site implementation, maintaining close contact with construction and assembly teams to provide all necessary information for flawless execution and to resolve any questions or modifications as needed.

Qualifications:

• German min B1 level
• Completed training as a technical system planner in building technology or comparable qualification.
• Proficiency in a CAD system commonly used in building technology.
• Competence with MS Office products.
• An independent, cost-conscious, and precise working style.
