HR Policy 007 - Employee Referral Program

I. BACKGROUND

Global Staff Connections (GSC) and GAITCON, Inc. seek highly qualified individuals with diverse professional talents and unique skill sets. The employees are encouraged to submit applications of qualified individuals who could possibly fill in the employment requirements of the Company.

Employee Referral Program is introduced to offer employees the opportunity of helping others get employed, and at the same time, earning potential income from this. An employee who recommends a candidate who is hired and passed the probationary period shall be eligible to receive a referral incentive.

II. SCOPE & LIMITATIONS

  1. All employees of GSC and GAITCON may participate in this program provided that they are employed with the Company on a full-time and regular employment basis.
    
  2. This program excludes the following:
    1. Employees who are functioning as Recruiters
    2. Members of the GSC Management Team (if they were able to exert influence about the hiring)
      
  3. This program is not applicable to positions that are non-income generating (e.g. HR Staff, Admin Staff, and Internal Accountant) but referrals are encouraged).

III. IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES

  1. It shall be the duty of the HR Department to release job advertisements informing employees regarding job openings.
    
  2. HR shall determine which positions are covered by the referral incentive.
    
  3. An employee who wishes to participate in the ERP may do so by submitting their referral's resume and application letter to hr@globalstaffconnections.com; with the subject line: FOR ERP: Position or fill out the referral form at https://www.careers-page.com/globalstaffconnections.
    
  4. The amount of the incentive will vary depending on the position, as follows:
    
    1. Call Center Agent:
      1. Upon Signing Job Offer - Php 700.00
      2. 1st Month - Php 700.00
      3. Upon Regularization Php 600.00
      4. Total Incentive - Php 2,000.00
        
    2. Programmer, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Other positions under staff leasing model, such as but not limited to Accountant, Bookkeeper, Architect, and Administrative Assistant:
      1. Upon Regularization - Php 10,000.00
        
  5. In case of multiple submissions for the same referral, the referring employee who first submitted within a period of (6) months shall be eligible for the incentive.
    
  6. If a referral is not hired for the specific open position but is hired for another referral incentive-eligible position, the incentive shall still be paid to the referring employee.
    

IV. IMPLEMENTATION & RESPONSIBILITY

  1. HR Department shall be responsible for communicating, monitoring, and executing the guidelines of this program.
    
  2. Internal Accountant shall be responsible for the preparation of the referral incentive form of a check.
