Finance Manager (in-house)

We are seeking an experienced and top-performing Finance Manager to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our organizations' processes, translate the organizations business strategy and goals into financial planning and analysis, monitor the organizations' financial performance, and make improvements to procedures and controls. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, well-versed in regulatory compliance, analytical thinking, decision-making skill,s and ability to delegate and manage the work of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily financial operations and drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices;
• Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries;
• Payroll processing and leading the team responsible for payroll;
• Preparing financial reports and leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports including analysis of market conditions and presenting findings to the management;
• Proactively implementing cost-cutting strategies as and when needed;
• Budgeting and Forecasting;
• Managing Compliance Requirements;
• Supervising Staff and Delegating Tasks; and
• Performs other relevant tasks as may be assigned by superior as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Finance Supervisor/Manager
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Well-versed in Philippine tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Amenable to work in a hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite work in Ortigas Center)
