IT Infrastructure Specialist US - IGTTBG

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Systems Administration or other Enterprise systems
• Detailed, hands-on experience with the latest versions of MS 365, MS Teams, Active Directory, Deployment Services, Azure Virtual Desktops
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server products
• Experience with software deployment systems, especially Microsoft Intune
• Outstanding oral and written communications skills, including the ability to restructure documents as needed to enhance understanding and flow
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, in a night shift schedule, and in weekends

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assign, and/or respond to helpdesk tickets;
• Independently managing select Bonadio systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, patch management, Microsoft 365, and other SAAS applications or network devices;
• Management of Azure Virtual Desktop, MS Entra, and VMWare ESXi environments;
• Manage the deployment of infrastructure hardware or software.
• Share on-call responsibilities with IT team members;
• Recommend enhancements to existing or recommend new technologies or methodologies;
• Provide the ITS (Information Technology Support) desktop support team and the firm's end users with level 2 and 3 technical support;
• Assist with a wide range of technology projects and, in some situations, lead smaller projects;
• Demonstrate professionalism; and
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary, and ability to work additional hours as needed.
