Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact person for portions of the RxS Implementation process, reviewing to ensure data is complete and accurate prior to input to Salesforce;
- Collaborate with RxS Implementation Manager, and RxS Pharmacy Operations Manager to promptly identify and support correction of any service issues;
- Provide leadership including proactively identifying any potential for process improvements for key activities and drivers impacting service levels;
- Maintain regular and strong communication with RxS internal stakeholders in support of timely completion of Implementation processes and subsequent launch;
- Manage both Implementation and Pharmacy Operations internal client expectations, and service commitments and anticipate needs;
- Build and grow internal relationships to solidify consultative service partnerships;
- Understand client-specific data and emerging trends, and articulate how our services might help further expedite and drive 340B capture savings in additional areas;
- Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Information Technology, or any relevant degree
- At least 1-year work history in pharmacy benefit management support, or healthcare data and customer services area
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Familiarity with pharmacy processing and Federal 340B Drug Pricing programs is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and RxStrategies offerings and ability to articulate competitive advantages to market offerings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work onsite and in a night shift schedule
