Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
- CHRA is an advantage but not required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience; experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist is highly desirable
- Must have experience with Sprout HR or any HRIS
- Must have strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, List, and Outlook
- Hands-on experience using monday.com is preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Experience working with US accounts or in an offshoring setup is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement and mid-shift (2:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and request performance reviews (3rd month, 5th month) for probationary employees and annual for regular employees.
- Schedule and facilitate performance review discussions between employees and clients.
- Conduct termination meetings for employees who do not pass the probationary period.
- Track employee attendance and leave filings, ensuring accurate records.
- Submit quarterly leave credit reports to clients.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of holiday swapping and holiday schedules in alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure employee compliance with client-specific policies, procedures, and standard processes.
- Assist in investigations, evidence gathering, and documentation for Notice to Explain (NTE) and administrative hearings.
- Assist in the preparation of the Performance Improvement Plan.
- Address employee grievances and concerns, coordinating resolutions with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular employee catch-ups to assess concerns and engagement levels.
- Draft recommendations for salary increases based on performance reviews and client preferences.
- Prepare and send salary adjustment and/or promotion letters to employees.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate client-sponsored engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and client-sponsored training sessions to support employee development.
- Provide assistance with the Talent Acquisition team during peak season as needed.
