Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any relevant degree
  • At least 6 years of working experience as a Data Analyst
  • Must be proficient in analytics and have the ability to drive closed-loop reporting from leads to revenue
  • Must have a strong skillset with data visualization in Power BI
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
  • Must have experience with setting up API integrations and moving data from one system to another
  • Strong skills in analyzing large datasets and presenting results
  • Having experience with competitor intelligence tools is preferred
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to successfully plan and manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments, closely collaborate with the team on tight timelines
  • Ability to act as a leader on the team, encouraging colleagues & the firm to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication, and organizational skills
  • An energetic, team-based attitude. You are always willing and ready to jump in to help wherever you can
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or web scraping, to obtain relevant datasets for analysis
  • Responsible for timely & accurate data collection, reporting, and forecasting
  • Analyzes and measures raw data reports from Salesforce, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Sprout Social to set benchmarks, provide real-time data updates, and measure the ROI of sales and marketing activities
  • Analyzes website traffic for optimization and conversion rates
  • Assists with defining monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs for email marketing, events, SEM campaigns, advertising campaigns, and organic social campaigns
  • Assists with defining a data strategy that will align with the firm's overall goals
  • Build and implement data visualization reporting/dashboards for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Ability to present data to marketing & non-marketing stakeholders to highlight any key findings
  • Works closely with the digital, event, and creative teams to define and measure the firm's marketing strategy
  • Works closely with the IS team to align data strategy, data cleanliness efforts, and troubleshoot issues
  • Proactively improves upon existing processes and system utilization by keeping us updated on the latest best practices and trends
