Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to broker onboarding and verification of broker documentation.
- Assist with New/Transfer/Cancellation Accreditations
- Attend to Members/Brokers onboarding/accreditation queries or issues.
- Collaboratively work with the team ensuring operational efficiencies.
- Communicating with existing members/brokers.
- Maintain Company CRM records.
- Assist with administration duties as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years industry experience.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Business Tertiary qualifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Team Player.
