Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to broker onboarding and verification of broker documentation.
  • Assist with New/Transfer/Cancellation Accreditations
  • Attend to Members/Brokers onboarding/accreditation queries or issues.
  • Collaboratively work with the team ensuring operational efficiencies.
  • Communicating with existing members/brokers.
  • Maintain Company CRM records.
  • Assist with administration duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years industry experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Business Tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities.
  • Team Player.
