Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant course
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has excellent English communication skills; both in oral and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Experience handling a high volume of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Eager to learn and open to receiving feedback
  • Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid work arrangement
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with the firm's policies and procedures;
  • Prepare audit files for client-service professionals (using PFX Engagement and PPC Check Point tools);
  • Prepare our client portal, which is the primary method our audit teams exchange information with clients (using MyPortal);
  • Recalculate financial statements for accuracy;
  • Draft audit opinions, engagement letters, and management representation letters
  • Mapping of Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports;
  • Openly communicate status and/or issues to the Efficiency Center Oversight
  • Troubleshoot by communicating with client-service team members, as necessary;
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients as well as with internal co-workers;
  • Attend training on how to perform various tasks to assist our client-service professionals;
  • Demonstrate professionalism; and
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary, and ability to work additional hours as needed.
