Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant course
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has excellent English communication skills; both in oral and verbal
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Experience handling a high volume of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Eager to learn and open to receiving feedback
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Amenable to work in a hybrid work arrangement
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Become familiar with the firm's policies and procedures;
- Prepare audit files for client-service professionals (using PFX Engagement and PPC Check Point tools);
- Prepare our client portal, which is the primary method our audit teams exchange information with clients (using MyPortal);
- Recalculate financial statements for accuracy;
- Draft audit opinions, engagement letters, and management representation letters
- Mapping of Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports;
- Openly communicate status and/or issues to the Efficiency Center Oversight
- Troubleshoot by communicating with client-service team members, as necessary;
- Develop positive working relationships with clients as well as with internal co-workers;
- Attend training on how to perform various tasks to assist our client-service professionals;
- Demonstrate professionalism; and
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary, and ability to work additional hours as needed.
