The position is responsible for penetrating industry-specific accounts and creating new business. They are expected to develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any Business-related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Business Development or Marketing and Lead Generation for an IT services and solutions company or a managed services company.
  • Must have a proven track record in sales in the B2B industry.
  • Experience in handling finances and working within specific timelines is an advantage.
  • Must have extensive experience in conducting presentations and negotiating deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understands marketing and business marketing strategy.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM).
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform
  • Creative and Good presentation skills.
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Persuasive and result-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Friday
  • Amenable to work at least 2x a week in the office

Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management:

  • Oversees and manages lead generation as well as nurturing all current accounts.
  • Identifies and qualifies account opportunities. Converts lead to sales.
  • Monitors and manages account segmentation, industry identification, and client communication.
  • If needed, conduct client presentations.
  • Collaborates with the immediate head in the development of new businesses.

Business Development:

  • Develops new products/ segments/ services and conceptualizes and researches offerings and implications for both the client and the company.
  • Conduct a market scan on the demand of the service, the supply of resources, and the attendant requirements from both a governance or transactional perspective.
  • Defines the price points and profitability build up, and determines the best method to go to market and promote the service.

Client Coordination:

  • Conducts client problem/needs analysis.
  • Creates appropriate proposals based on the requirements of the client.
  • Communicates and responds to the concerns and inquiries of the clients through any mode of communication.
  • Maintains and updates client records and updates, news, and changes.
  • Communicates, monitors, and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.

Reports Generation:

  • Generates the following reports:
    • Pipeline and funnel updates
    • Annual and monthly reports
    • Profit and Loss Generation and Submission

Organizational Alignment:

  • Collaborates with the technical team for the needed scope of work, assumption dependencies, constraints, or any other technical specifications needed to translate specific requirements into a quantitative value.
  • Enlists the support of technical specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other management resources, as needed.

Administrative Duties:

  • Collaborates with the Sales Support Specialist and HR Team in the completion of accreditation requirements.
  • Assists in Accounts Receivable in the completion of needed paperwork.
