Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
- CHRA is an advantage but not required
- Associate: At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Specialist: At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience in hiring accounting roles is highly desirable
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Leverage all recruiting channels, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the right candidates
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
- Request the 3rd-month and 5th-month performance reviews of the probationary employees under the assigned accounts
- Conduct performance review discussions
- Send regularization letters to the employees who passed the probationary period
- Manage stakeholders in an effective way and work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction
- Assist the employees in notifying the stakeholders regarding the employees' immediate concerns
- Perform other tasks as assigned
