Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
  • CHRA is an advantage but not required
  • Associate: At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Specialist: At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in hiring accounting roles is highly desirable
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer and ensure both speed and quality of hires
  • Leverage all recruiting channels, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the right candidates
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Request the 3rd-month and 5th-month performance reviews of the probationary employees under the assigned accounts 
  • Conduct performance review discussions
  • Send regularization letters to the employees who passed the probationary period
  • Manage stakeholders in an effective way and work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction
  • Assist the employees in notifying the stakeholders regarding the employees' immediate concerns
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
