Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Finance Supervisor is responsible for the adherence to the budget of all stakeholders in the organization and the fiscal state of reorganization.

  • Serves as the authority in determining how every project implemented by the construction firm leads to the desired bottom line as defined by the President and the owners of the company.
  • Oversees budgets, cost control, and the disbursement of funds for the daily operations of the firm.
  • Defines the financial policies that will serve as the guiding principles upon which all fiscal decisions will be based.
  • Ensures that the firm is up to date on all its payments to suppliers, contracts, and government agencies.
  • Prepares periodic reports for the General Manger, President, and owners to update them on the financial state of the firm.
