Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, and increase employee motivation.
- Develop and implement an onboarding process to welcome new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with Company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.
- Develop and implement an offboarding process to ensure a smooth exit for departing employees.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all offboarding procedures are followed, including return of company property and termination of access.
- Create and Execute programs to recognize and reward employee performance and achievements.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to create a positive work culture and improve employee morale.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of open communication and transparency.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices for maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
- Creating communication strategies to inform employees about company policies, changes, and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address labor relation issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Act as primary point of contact for all labor relations matters, including grievances, and disputes interactions.
- Investigate and resolve conflicts among employees in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Recommend new company policies to keep up with changes in the workplace, and update outdated company policies.
- Organize and maintain the Employee 201 file.
- Liaise with external counsel, and ensure legal compliance with the Philippine labor code.
- Comply and process the ff DOLE requirements such as Termination Reports, etc.
- Issuance of disciplinary action to erring employees, NTE, NOD, etc per the Company's Employee Code of Conduct.
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, and compliance, within the organization.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Represents the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent courses
- At least 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, employee engagement, or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations is a must
- Experience in handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations processes
- Familiarity with disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance management systems
- Experience in organizing employee engagement programs and implementing workplace improvement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively
- Possesses a positive and enthusiastic attitude
