We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented, data-focused Administrative Assistant to join our tax team and support our data-driven initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant degree
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Must be proficient in Salesforce (CRM Software)
- Familiarity with practice management and document management software is advantageous
- Keen interest in data visualization tools like PowerBI
- Demonstrated expertise in data management and analysis, with a proven track record in related fields
- Quick learner with the ability to master new software through training
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
- Organize, schedule, and manage various meetings (create agendas, take accurate minutes, document action items, and provide in-meeting technical support, etc)
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Cleanse and preprocess the data, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of data analysis results
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
- Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
