Business Analyst/Quality Analyst (GAITCON - Consultant)

BA/QA Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Prepares Test Scripts and Performs tests to identify software problems.
• Analyze bugs/errors found during tests, monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Works together with the Development Team to enhance and improve programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical background
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in using Project Management, Software Development tools (I.e. Jira Software, Confluence, Trello), Marketing Tools.
