Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with machine learning techniques
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Familiarity with document management systems and data entry procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Create, format, edit, and proofread documents such as reports, proposals, letters, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines, reviewing for grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors, and making necessary corrections to ensure high-quality output
  • Track changes and maintain version control of documents to ensure the most current version is available and outdated versions are properly archived
  • Address and resolve issues related to document formatting or software functionality
  • Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements
  • Prioritizes and schedules work assuring accuracy and speed in completion.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with care, ensuring compliance with privacy and security policies
  • Organize and manage the storage of documents for future reference.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes, documenting action items, and following through to resolution
  • Prepare and process department deliverables and running reports as requested
  • Assist in efforts to identify and implement process improvements
  • Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
