Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
- CLDP and/or CHRA is an advantage, but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development;
- Must have experience as an administrator of a learning management system (LMS)
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, List, and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement and night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
Learning Management & Content Support
- Upload training materials to the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage and archive content within the LMS to ensure accurate and up-to-date resources
- Create basic on-demand learning content in Articulate from instructor-provided slides
- Maintain and update the firm-wide training schedule and Talent Development calendar
Training Coordination & Logistics
- Provide logistical support for virtual training sessions
- Coordinate instructor availability and confirm participation
- Schedule training sessions and manage student registrations
- Track attendance and manage follow-up communications to ensure compliance
- Assist with onboarding-related training logistics and communications
Evaluation & Compliance Tracking
- Manage post-training evaluations, including distribution, reminders, and reporting
- Process certificates of completion for participants
- Support CPE tracking and compliance reporting for the Professional Practice team
- Process CPE approvals
General Administrative Support
- Schedule internal meetings, including L&D liaison meetings and talent review sessions
- Assist with HR tasks and projects as needed
- Maintain data across platforms (Teams, ADP, Outlook, LCvista, ViDesktop, DiSC Catalyst, Smartsheet, F: Drive)
- Provide support for the L&D budget, including expense approval, budget tracking and reporting, and Credit card reconciliation
