US Learning & Development Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning and development programs. This role will work closely with the Learning & Development team to manage training logistics, coordinate program operations, maintain learning records, and ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the employee learning experience through effective program administration, cross-functional collaboration, and operational support. Responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, supporting learning events, tracking training data, and assisting with the continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

CLDP and/or CHRA certification is an advantage but not required.
- At least 3 years of administrative or Learning & Development experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Must have experience as an administrator of a Learning management system (LMS) such as Workday and LCvista: experience managing LMS course creation, user activity, and reporting
- Working knowledge of webinar and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar), with the ability to train instructors and troubleshoot technical issues
- Basic content development skills, including the ability to create and edit training materials, post videos and recordings, and manage digital learning assets

Strong communication skills, including presenting to large virtual audiences.

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail..
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other position-specific applications.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement and night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning initiatives using Workday Learning and LCvista to create, manage, and monitor educational programs and course activities that support the firm's professional development needs.
- Collaborate with the Learning Technology Manager and Learning & Development Specialists to develop and maintain the annual curriculum calendar, ensuring alignment with technical and professional competencies and avoiding scheduling conflicts.
Analyze training feedback, maintain training records, and monitor participant registration and attendance. - Support firm's University with logistics for live and virtual events, including room coordination, materials, refreshments, technical setup, and instructor support.
Serve as the primary contact for participants, instructors, and external vendors regarding program operations and logistics. - Assist with webinar platform training, instructor support, development of user guides, and communication of program timelines and Bonadio University policies.
Create, edit, and post course materials, videos, recordings, and other learning resources.
Provide production and technical support for training sessions to ensure effective program delivery. - Promote learning opportunities through Workday, the firm intranet, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain Monday.com project and task boards and stay current with updates to learning technologies and webinar platforms. - Validate Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits in compliance with NASBA standards and maintain accurate attendance and compliance records.
- Support educational initiatives, learning events, and special projects as assigned.
