About the Role:

As the Nurse Manager for Critical Care, you will provide 24/7 leadership to ensure the highest standard of nursing care across assigned ICU departments. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining regulatory compliance, leading quality improvement initiatives, fostering a healing environment, and driving patient satisfaction across the board.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily operations and clinical care in critical care units

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Lead quality initiatives, including core measures and service excellence goals

• Foster patient-centered communication and effective discharge planning

• Support staff development and create a culture of accountability and excellence

• Proactively engage in rounding and issue resolution to improve patient experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years recent acute care ICU leadership experience (within the last year)

• RN Diploma or Associate Degree required (BSN preferred)

• Active Florida RN License or compact license eligible

• Certifications (may be obtained after hire):

  • BLS (within 30 days)

  • NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days)

  • ACLS (within 6 months)

  • PALS or ENPC (within 6 months)

Compensation Package:

• Salary Range:

  • $79,000 $98,000 (10 years of experience)

  • Up to $110,000 (15+ years of experience)

• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

• Sign-On Bonus: Not offered
