Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a community-based outpatient practice located in Clyde, NY.

This is a full-time, employed position within a physician-led organization, designed to promote a rewarding career with a balanced lifestyle. Youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting with light, phone-only call coverage shared among other practices within the health system.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $225,000 $300,000 (commensurate with experience)

Required Qualifications

• US Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Doctorate Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school

• Eligible for New York State licensure

• Demonstrated commitment to community-based primary care and long-term patient relationships
