The Role
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across all departments, with a key focus on managing customer orders and supplier invoices. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Managing customer orders from receipt to despatch and ensuring payment collection.
  • Verifying and processing supplier invoices, matching them with delivery notes.
  • Accurately importing and updating customer information in the UNITY computer system.
  • Performing data entry, scanning, and archiving documents to maintain organised records.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A conscientious, well-organised, and efficient work ethic.
  • Experience in accounting and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a keen sense of organisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English to a high standard, given the company's international operations.
