Job Title: Automotive (Motor Vehicle) Lecturer
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: £38,190.27
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
Our client is seeking a passionate Automotive Lecturer to deliver high-quality education and training in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You will inspire the next generation of automotive professionals, guiding students to success through practical skills and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment to all learners across the study programme, adult provision and to apprentices within the Motor Vehicle Technology department.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to create engaging sessions.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards in workshops.
- Commit to continuous professional development and safeguarding of learners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Willingness to attain a teaching qualification if not already held
- Willingness to attain Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ITQ if not already held
- Willingness to attain Assessor and Verifier Awards if not already held
- Industry experience and strong communication skills.
