Job Title: Automotive (Motor Vehicle) Lecturer

Salary: £38,190.27

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Our client is seeking a passionate Automotive Lecturer to deliver high-quality education and training in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You will inspire the next generation of automotive professionals, guiding students to success through practical skills and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment to all learners across the study programme, adult provision and to apprentices within the Motor Vehicle Technology department.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to create engaging sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards in workshops.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and safeguarding of learners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Willingness to attain a teaching qualification if not already held
  • Willingness to attain Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ITQ if not already held
  • Willingness to attain Assessor and Verifier Awards if not already held
  • Industry experience and strong communication skills.
