About the job Maintenance Mgr
Maintenance Mgr needs 5 years of management experience in Food manufacturing industry with bread, batter, fryer.
Maintenance Mgr requires:
Minimum of an Associates degree or the equivalent in experience with knowledge in the electrical and mechanical field.
Must have refrigeration, wastewater.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to define problems and to resolve them quickly.
Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant.
Basic understanding of refrigeration principles and applications.
Must be computer literate with the basic skills in Excel and MS Work.
Must have an understanding of the capabilities of CAD and the use of PLC type equipment.
Periodic exposure to heat and cold (-40F to 110F) and noisy environment requiring ear protection.
May occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
May need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods through-out the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 40 pounds on occasion.

DUTIES:
Develop the layout of plant processing lines to facilitate changes or additions to plant operations. Coordinate the planning and construction of plant additions or modifications.
Ensure that all safety and regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Maintain the compliance with all OSHA regulations.
