What We Look For

• Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and solid financial/risk analysis understanding.

• Tech: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and WebEx.

What You'll Do

• Lead Teams: Manage HR Administrators and Generalists while developing department goals.

• Employee Relations: Handle employee counseling, conflict resolution, and recruiting/hiring.

• Compliance & Audits: Maintain the employee handbook, run routine plant tours, and audit HR records.

• Legal Support: Manage unemployment responses, attend hearings, and partner with in-house counsel.

• Strategic Partnership: Advise leadership on sensitive issues and drive continuous process improvements.
