Customer Svc Rep requires:
- High school /GED
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- -Comfortable using computers.
- -Experience working with customer support a plus
- 40 hours weekly, 8-5

- Must have clean background
Duties:
- Answer calls concerning Florida scholarships and grants
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Handle difficult, frustrated, or angry customers calmly and professionally.
- Investigate complaints, troubleshoot problems, and determine appropriate solutions.
- Route complex, high-priority issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
- Accurately record details of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken in internal systems.
