Project Implementation Supervisor

Project Implementation Supervisor needs 6+ years experience

Project Implementation Supervisor requires:

• Project Management, Project Implementation, Mid to Large Scale Projects
• PMP cert focus, Business side, not IT.
• Proficient in project management practice; Experience in managing multiple projects / workstreams at once.
• May be required to work overtime and weekends during migrations. Must be willing to travel (within US and Canada)
• Onsite

Project Implementation Supervisor duties:

• Hold meetings to review project status and follow up on action items,
• Supports mid to large scale projects for Helix Migration consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.
• Manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits, client communications, weekly reporting.
• travel to domestic locations to support account migrations

• Attends daily status meetings using Zoom,
• Use project management tools to track project success.
